Ros worked with Camtrust a charity based in Impington which supports Adults with learning disabilities. Camtrust were keen to provide more opportunities for their clients. One avenue for this was providing supported work experience placements.
Ros worked with the County Council’s Adult social care team to put together a business case for this to fund an additional staff member. This enabled Camtrust to start providing work experience for their clients including at the Holiday Inn.
